We are delighted to announce that we will be bringing the prestigious ‘Manchester Remembers’ charity football match and fundraising day to Gigg Lane this year for the very first time.
Established by Aaron Lee & Paul Corrigan, in 2020, the successful event has raised over £100000 for a number of charities linked to the Manchester Arena attack in 2017. Previously hosted by Manchester City FC and Oldham Athletic, we are extremely pleased to be holding this year’s event at Gigg Lane, the home of Bury Football Club and we are working in collaboration with Aaron, Paul and Bury Council to make it happen.
Sam Allardyce and Peter Reid will again be managing this years ‘Legends’ and ‘Celebrity’ teams respectively and already they have some big names who will be in attendance on the day,
